Great video. Admittedly this doesn't change much of my opinions on Demidov, but it's also nice to see that my thoughts on him were accurate or at least line up with what was shown here. Interestingly, I know that Demidov is PROBABLY somewhere in the 2-4 range for me, simply because I'm not sure who in the draft that isn't named Celebrini MUST go ahead of him. I know you said you aren't confident in having Demidov top 3, and you just covered what your thoughts are on Demidov, so who do you think should be going ahead of him at this point? Also, agreed on not being concerned about Demidov's bad habits right now. I also watched that KHL Pre-season games, and I thought Demidov seemed mostly fine (Was paying much more attention to Michkov admittedly), and I think guys like Cooley are a perfect example that if you aren't in league/team that puts pressure on you to play to win, then highly skilled and creative guys will begin experimenting with more risky plays. I think it's in fact a good sign that he's doing this experimentation, because I doubt he'll suddenly flash in the KHL/NHL out of nowhere if he hasn't had practice or success with it before.
Thanks ! The video was made 5 weeks ago, since then, nobody was able to outplayed what I saw of Demidov. He was 3rd all year long and as of now, safe to assume that it won't change.
Man that would be something else. I had Mintyukov 5th in 2022, Carlsson 2nd last year and basically my favourite prospect of all-time, if they add Demidov I might had no other choice but to become a Fan of them haha. Also, what flair by Madden Jr on the MacTavish pick !
En ce qui me concerne, absolument. Je le dis depuis Septembre 2022, ça m'aura valu quelques tomates lancées en ma direction, mais je vais persister avec cette prise de position.
