firstly, putting ridiculously loyal cabinet does not drown out disagreeing voices. putting them(family/friends/etc) in, however, does give off an illusion of increased 'big-ness' of a single entity. and the closer they are to him, the stronger the link to the entity hence increasing the size. this effect does put people off as off-balance in power. no one likes giving anyone total power. even if there is no cabinet, most people wouldn't want him to be the sole bearer of absolute power over them. the issue isn't bout putting anyone in, it's whether he seems to have total power in calling the shots. you are simply unwise to see it. and no one but the person in his position is able to see the requirements of a successful governance in his term. if you already have the necessary capabilities of recruited people, what you simply need is loyalty which is equally, if not more, important. furthermore, why the heck do you put purposefully put disagreeing voices in your cabinet. capable and loyal people can also disagree. what you mean is actually PUTTING people who hates trump and not loyal to him, so there can never be total power. you are simply fearful and not wisely so. putting people for that sake will only slow them down for stupid reasons, and possibly compromise his administration. so the only argument is whether you can trust trump and put faith in him. if you can't, it can't be helped. putting forth argument such as this isn't reasonable, it all stems from your inability to trust someone.
