i thought after ragnars death the series will have no real interesting characters left.. but then came Ivar.. and i'm loving it. Looking forward to his greatness

Ivar’s character was introduced for not even 5 mins on the show and I already loved him. Dude was rolling around on the ground killing people 💀 savage. The whole episode was my favorite. That scene with him and Ragnar, some of the best lines ever. I was so upset when Ragnar died. He was carrying the show for the most part. But than ivar stole the show before Ragnar even left. Honestly, the only son worth the tile of Ragnar son. He didn’t abandon his father in the end. I don’t care how much redemption the others got, to me Ivar was the only true son of Ragnar.

I love this series! Ivar and Ragnar are epic.

That last conversation between Ragnar and Ivar was the most emotional scene for me throughout the show. Ragnar starts getting flashbacks to the moment when he wanted to kill Ivar so he doesn't have to suffer being a cripple. Yet, couldn't do it. Then there are more flashbacks of Ragnar carrying Ivar on his back when they both arrived in Wessex. And lastly, Ragnar then tells his son how he chose Ivar out of all his sons to be with him on his last journey. That speaks volumes of the love Ragnar had for Ivar and such a pure father-son bond.

He was ruthless but extremely clever.He was educated by Loki.Loki had taught him how to use his mind and intelligence.He was bumptious but it was an asset for him.He didn’t fear to remain as an useless cripple but he shaped his life and fought until he obtained what he desired.

I admire so much the inner strength that ivar has in the world of the Vikings to be crippled is super hard, but he is the strongest of all brothers mentally, manages to find the inner strength that overcomes the fact that he is crippled and uses anger that he has with intelligence. which makes it even more dangerous than it already is

Ragnar may not have been there for Ivar for a lot of his life, but he made sure he was still a father to him. Nearly every action Ivar takes in his life now is because of the belief in himself he has, because his father believed in him. Despite his father having four other sons, all of whom are strong, one of whom is a legend, his father saw him, the crippled boy, as the strongest of all of them, saying that the thing he had thought for his whole life had made him weak, his father told him it was what made him greater than any other man to walk the earth. And it was not said in pity, it was said in pride. It's things like this that give Ragnar's death meaning. Teaching all of this to Ivar was deemed to him to be something he had to do before his death, and allows his ghost to still walk through the story.

I think my two favourite Ragnar's sons are Bjørn and Ivar. To see both of them, becoming the man they are...it just makes me feel, strong? XD it's weird, i think they both inspire me.

As someone who a major disability let me tell you this. It’s not a weakness, it’s a strength. I have focused my anger regarding my disability to the point I have in two years gone from 7.00/hr to 55/hr. I have attained wealth, women, power and status. Yet I am disabled and was told I would die long ago. Never let anyone dictate your life but you. As imagine the look when I the disabled person took a non disabled persons wife and job because of sheer willpower. Let that set in once.

ВИКИНГИ! Ничего себе, Ксюш! Совсем не ожидал от тебя :) Какое же это сильное видео! Ивар такой жестокий персонаж, но этим он и нравится. Несмотря на свой недуг, он очень сильный и, уверен, он еще не раз докажет это в пятом сезоне. Ты так хорошо поработала с каждой сценой и цитатой. Полностью раскрыла этого безумно-шикарного персонажа. 0:35-0:42 сразу зацепила эта параллель! их насмешки делают его лишь сильнее. Еще очень нравятся моменты с жалостью 1:43-1:47 и крыльями 1:50-1:57. А моменты со страхом 2:13-2:24 у тебя отличный глаз на такое(я бы наверно какую-нибудь сцену да пропустил). 2:28-2:30 просто рай для ушей! так здорово вышло под музыку) 2:52-2:56 а вот здесь прям на эмоции пробрало(скучаю по ним), еще и такие красивые сцены выбрала(захват камеры здесь шикарен). И месть, жду не дождусь, когда он отомстит Лагерте(за отца отомстил, осталась мать). И последние сцены аж до мурашек "-хотел бы не быть таким злым все время". Я очень рад, что ты сделала видео по Викингам. У тебя отлично получилось :) Все было великолепно, от и до, настоящий шедевр!

I’ve started watching Vikings because of this video, it was so INSANE so CRAZY this video that made me watch the whole series. And man, I don’t regret it one bit, the series was exactly as the video so INSANE and well done ,with great actors! I fell for this series and their characters so bad! Such a great show!
