I feel like her singing in English is great for young kids, she pronounces words so fluidly and easy to understand word for word, so I can see it being easier for a kid to understand than most other songs. Such a lovely voice!
Reason's wonyoung was not so confident during debut stages encore and ld encores :- overworked :she is the busiest ive member and probably doesn't get much sleep with mc-ing, ad shoots, magazine shoots etc :- she is the most hated member :- she is extremely professional and doesn't show it but I'm sure she knows the hate that she is being getting and that is bound to make her nervous She is a good singer, but as skz's bangchan said not everyday is smooth for these idols performing on music stages. They don't even get proper sleep. And she is just 17/18 y'all she will improve more as the years pass, don't hate on her

@@dollwonyo omg thank you ;; every time i see people pointing out her weight i get so fumed. i know a lot of them means good but it really bothers me how most of the time the comment sections would be filled with those. i want to articulate my responses in a way that it wont offend people but in the end i discard my reply anyways cause idk how to. i just really wanted to point out that it's not because of her body that she's "weak" in dancing - people were saying that a lot and that she lacked muscles for it but ive known a lot of dancers that were really skinny but still dances well (outside kpop, there's ac bonifacio and she's often bodyshamed too :( but she's a magnificent dancer). as said by op it really must've been because of busy schedules and partly confidence too. sorry i got heated up. but the fact that people is so comfortable pointing that out each time really worries me. some people mask being concerned too just to shame her :/ i hope people realize that people's bodies differ. there are people that no matter how much or less they eat, their bodies don't really change much. add in the fact that these idols dance a lot then it's obvious what would happen to naturally thin people.
She just has that beautiful korean accent when shes singing English songs which convinces you shes not native speaker, it's a beautiful tone of singing

Her voice is so pretty… my favorite voices are the ones who have so much personal character. Some of my favorite voices in kpop aren’t people who are known for their voices… at least most
nobody is talking about the fact that wonnie still singing the correct notes in the correct tone while youngji plays that song in a different tone, which makes it hard for wonyoung to stay in the correct tone, gurlllll skills, slay

her vocals really do have potential to be super great if A starship let her sing in a more comfortable tone cause I feel like tone she has in the songs isn't like comfortable for her... sounds like it to me- and B if starship actually trains her and doesn't make her schedule to busy as it already, she can be the all rounder of the group, we seen her dance and to me she was a really great dancer in iz*one and still is she knows how to dance properly despite her longer legs and arms which for many I know(from my experience as a dancer) have struggled with...., I also remember seeing a video of her like sort of rapping and while she wasn't really trying I think BUT there is potential.... and well this video can show she can be a great vocalist.... but starship is just gonna throw all the potential away which is sad cause it does ruin wonyoungs image... and I do think she deserves to get the training she needs to become good... the potential shouldn't be wasted but unfortunately it is.... so in short wonyoung has so much potential but it's being wasted and it has led to people calling her untalented despite to me she isn't... she just hasn't been able to develop to her full potential.....
