Not at all! do you think you need so hight above your head when you sit down ? That's why I install salon @ the rear, bed is close the roof during day light and going down whith air jacks for sleeping cost 20 sec and of course save a room. WC @ Starboard side Shower and sink port side only by clever doors we can use all as the width, a compound bathroom nearly 2 sq meters! in salon a large bay. on the rear a terrasse on the back side, for the last cup of tea, for thr Sunrise!. also such as the Australian people and additional mini kitchen outside (see here Unidan) . and much much more! I allready buil two and now I want to convert a IVECO Torpedo customised 250 HP New engine.. YEEEESSS for the cooker! that we have to make good calculation for what we will use and install solar panels but for a Nord / South truck we have to provide a generator. I found a truck in Italy Diesel and LPG, I never seen that. Kind regars.
Iveco are a mechanical black hole. you will be ripped off constantly and forever replacing parts. I have spent thousand keeping mine on the road. Every time I visit the service centre they try to charge double or more for the parts that wear out regularly. Now I go for off market parts and pay much less. Do the research first as most other makes like Isuzu hino etc are better value...
