This is a video about our first frozen embryo transfer and the weeks leading up to it. It was a very anxious time for us both but we did it. We're currently in our TWW (two week wait) as I type this! We want this more than anything in this world. There will of course be more updates to follow. Thank you so much for watching!

I don't think I had constipation. They say to eat a lot of foods that are high in fibre and lots of fruit and vegetables! 🥰

It's just a little tradition in the IVF community. Some doctors say that a high sodium diet after transfer helps but there is no evidence it works. It's just a superstitious thing really

@@laurenandjoshh its actually supposed to just be for the egg retrieval as they tell you to intake salt to help with bloating and OSHH. People keep getting it confused with transfer. Pineapple is for transfer. Fries are for retrieval.

@@laurenandjoshh no worries!! A lot of people still eat the fries after transfer. Nothing wrong with it just not beneficial as when eating it after retrieval!
