Congratulations guys....you will do awesome! I have twin grand babies that are 7 months old and their brother is 2 1/2. I take care of the kids everyday while there parents work. As many times as other twin parents told us how it would get easier as they got older some days we would all look at each other and wonder when it was going to happen. Now they are 7 months old and those days seem like a blur. But at the end of the day they are our greatest blessings

I am so glad that both took for you and that you didn't lose either baby. We went through IVF 2 years ago and transferred 2 embryos. Both embryos did take but at 8 weeks we lost one of our babies, fortunately we now have a happy 18 month little girl.

Congratulations! Your journey gives me hope since back when my husband and I started watching you and even more know. And I'm so so sorry for your losses. I can't imagine going through 2 miscarriages in such a short time. After 3 retrievals and 3 transfers we finally got our first positive on November. But we lost our angel 2 weeks ago when I was 9 weeks pregnant. We are devastated and still recovering and trying to see the light in the end of the tunnel. So if you guys don't mind I'd like to know more in a video if possible or just here in the comments what you did differently in this transfer besides the diet change. I'm so happy for you. Oh my goodness April you were discussing the hemorrhage as if it was a regular every day occurrence. Your such a strong woman and my heart goes out to you. If you need any help I was a Nanny for many years and I can get references if need be. I don’t need to be paid. I get a small retirement check each month which pays my rent and bills. Did I tell you that I was born with a cleft palate and I don’t remember the 3 surgeries that came with it but this was 50 odd years ago so technology has come far since the 60s. My mum told me I had to have a little bit of speech therapy only because I had a lisp. I think I still have it but because I’m British and living in the U.S. then nobody has noticed, or if they have nothings been said about it. I’m so excited for you guys. So when are the babies due or do you even know that yet? You most certainly will have your hands full but that’s good you will get help from family because with an active 2 year old and two newborns it is going to be busy at your household. Have both parents been tested for MTHFR gene mutations, as it restricts ability to process synthetic folic acid into useable natural food derived folate? Twin pregnancies require more natural folate.

Congratulations on the twins! In regards to a cleft lip and palate, check out keiara moores channel. Shes a youtuber from Australia and her daughter Mila has a cleft and she would be great to get in contact with. Shes even writing a kids book about Milas cleft to increase awareness and teach other kids about it so they understand why cleft kids may look a little different :)

Congratulations! We have IVF twins (identical after one embryo split!) and our eldest was nearly 3 when they were born. They just turned 2 yrs old. Twin life is hard at times but also brings a lot of joy to you and all those around you. You will be fab!

Congratulation on your twin pregnancy! I also experienced SCH in my first trimester in my previous pregnancy. Very stressful, but after the 4th month I started enjoying the pregnancy - I’m glad you now got over that critical phase. Would love to learn more about your diet mega haul and all the stuff you did to get a successful result. We will start again over new year and I am not prepared! :-)

Well guys congratulations, try not to worry to much on how you will do it. I had a 4 year old, a two year old and then had twin boys. It’s rough in the beginning but later the twins were soooo much easier than the Singleton babies. They were happy to be together and kept each other entertained.

I had infertility as well, miscarried our first, and I also had a sch as well and had 2 severe bleeds and almost lost our daughter! Then the next pregnancy was twins but we lost baby b and my right Fallopian tube. But our son was strong and hung in there

My mom had twins and one was born with a bilateral cleft lip and pallet. Hes strong and resilient. I'm betting your little one will be too :)

Loved hearing the update! I am so excited for you guys! I am pregnant with my second via IVF and my son is 2.5 years old. My twins were born when my oldest was four and we also had no local help so I know how you feel! You take it hour by hour but when you are in it you just do it and it will be fine and we had another baby when the twins turned 17 months. My twins are 3 now and we look back and say oh my gosh how did we do that lol you guys will be great!!

When you keep referring to it as the IVF process are you meaning an embryo transfer or the whole Shabang with the shots, egg retrieval, fertilization and then transfer?

Congratulations! I had a sch with both my pregnancies. My first one was the worst. Bright red bleeds (scary!) The second pregnancy it’s only been brownish blood and not often. Good luck!

I had 17 ultrasounds during my very high risk pregnancy and cleft lip was never seen until birth. It was very hard to go through. The surgeries and the nasty comments people make, the hard feedings, the guilt you feel. You’ll go through it all ♥️ I promise you everything will be okay. My daughter is 20 years old and still feels bad about her appearance.

Hi guys, from the uk, so nice to see you up and filming again. Congrats on the twins it's amazing. I had a miscarriage in August at 6 weeks, we're trying for baby girl as I have two boys 21 and 20, were hoping January is successful if not then it's probably the end of the road for us as I'm 47, and don't want to leave it any later. April you are way younger than me so no worries there! My son had a cleft palate too, but not the lip which was unusual as they both normally occur but he didn't get that. The feeding was a nightmare, as he brought all his milk back up with the hole and would occasionally choke or have trouble breathing as the food can go into there lungs not stomach so you have to sit them up straight. Also we had a wonderful cleft nurse who gave us a special bottle with a spoon shape end where you literally pour the milk down there throat in small spoonfuls. It's hard work im not going to lie, and until 6, months we got hardly any sleep, and he was our first so we were completely on our own. At 6 months Dan had the hole closed and since then he made up for it big time. He's 21, now and 15 stone 6 foot 2 inches and goes to college has a fab social life lots of friends and loves life. He has a few other problems like epilepsy bowel problems and learning difficulties, but he copes so well and he's amazing. So there are challenges ahead but there just a few stepping stones you have to go through. You will get help and support , use it for all you can because your going to need some help, most of all you have each other to fall back on so don't forget that. Family are great too if there local if not friends are awesome. There are support groups too so check them out. Any way am so excited for you both and for dill ion to have brothers or sisters or both. Can't wait to hear what your having. God bless and merry Christmas .

I have twins 19 month olds. They were born at 31 weeks, a boy and a girl. One thing that was a life saver for me was a book called Moms on Call. Because of that book, and sticking to the sleep schedule, my twins sleep 11 to 12 hrs every night. Sticking to a schedule helped me so much. Congratulations!!

Our niece was born in September with a cleft lip and palate. She is still being fed by a g-tube. She gets fitted next week for a device to pull her lip and palate together so that they can start her surgery regimen. She is doing great though. They did not find out about the cleft until 2 days before she was born at 37 weeks.

That is such a cute way to share the gender with each other!!

Thank you so much for posting. I’m a single mum of four, the eldest has congenital heart disease and the youngest two are twins. My middle one was only one when they were born. You can do it, you have an amazing husband. I did not find twins hard apart from the first two weeks, they slept through the night from 3 weeks. I hope you post occasionally but understand it won’t be often.
