I’ve just completed making this Volvo and yes a fiddly one indeed. Be careful with headlights as the clear lenses can pop out. Lovely looking car though and well detailed 👍🏻👍🏻
How the world misses simple, solid, practical, adequately sized, well built (real, full sized) cars like this!! Some of the many 'extras' we take for granted nowadays, but this is one car, 50 years on, you could happily drive around with no consequences - apart from anti-lock braking perhaps. Al.
Your right about that. I have a real one and it is so good and easily fixed without all this modern day electronic stuff which requires specialist diagnostic equipment
Man sorry about the electronics Wayne. Love the car though really neat! But seriously these monthly subscription model makers should make their products better starting with proper instructions, quality parts and electronics and better logistics as far as the actual build is concerned. People are paying some decent monies so the companies should provide a quality product. I'm building the Deagostini Falcon right now and the headaches are plentiful. The pictures in the instructions are blurry, parts don't fit right, they are horrible at identifying which screws to use, and the electronics suck...thankfully I replaced them with some way better aftermarket electronics with SFX. Also just look at the build problems with the Enterprise D and James Bond DB5. My next build is the Terminator T800 1/2 scale. Hope that goes smoothly! Thanks for another great video Wayne!
I’m laughing because, once again, something that they had you do in stage 1 finally goes in at the very end of the build. It’s just humorous that this happens all the time 😂
@@WorldofWayneUK do I you remember what the trick was? I’ve tried all different positions and still can’t get it. It’s the passenger side tube that I can’t get wrought the heater box
Oh its still there? No wonder couldnt access thru menu on website as its disappeared! So the new people who access the website now wouldn't be able to navigate through!
Sorry Wayne, doesn't do much for me. Boring Swedish saloon car. They should check out the way that real size classics are going (fast Fords?). I would find a Capri RS3100 irresistible.
