Mr Afod has chosen a great project. A good Omoluabi Yoruba son, who has chosen to honour the veterans of Yoruba movies. The veterans entertained all of us almost free if charge when there was little money in the profession. Kudos, Mr. Afod.
Can we just for a moment appreciate these two wonderful men: Oriyomi and Kunle Afod. I don't usually comment and this is my 2nd time. I'm still surprised that we still have honest, selfless and reliable people in that country called Nigeria.

I remember good old days. Aunty mi (iya niwe) and baba sabitiko. Their TV series was perfect and put great smile on the faces of many of us then. I love this Afod's project. We need to celebrate our legend when they are alive and healthy, not when they are sick or dead. Iya Niwe blessed our childhood. She's unique. God bless you, Afod. There are two Ibadan comedians who had series with Galaxy TV in the late 90's and early 2000's, Baba Kuete and Area father. We need to find them if they are still alive.
