Can we just talk about how much Mnet ships Chaekura? Or how much Nako's and Yuri's vocals have caused eargasm across the country? Or how beautiful they all are? OR HOW THE WHOLE FREAKING PERFORMANCE JUST KILLED US WIZ*ONE?!
I feel like the reason MNET is promoting ChaeKura like this is so that they can somehow improve the Japan & Korea relation. There's still a thin line dividing both countries, even the slightest tick can cause chaos. With the help of ChaeKura, it gives everyone hope that yes, Japanese & Koreans can get along well. Hoping it will stop all the hate IZ*ONE is receiving from both countries. (In Korea, the Anti-Japanese. And in Japan, the Anti-Koreans)

Sakura herself literally said "we dont receive formal dancing training, we are taught simple choreography but we dont train nor exercise formally" Sakura's performance is remarkable now, she had the littlest time to catch up and shes doing fantastic to make up for years of not training similarly to korean trainees.
Hello Oppa like @tepunto said, Japanese trainees don’t receive formal training and usually do practice on their own time by themselves. A lot of Japanese trainees also rely on their charm and variety skills to debut since it’s “more important”. At least that’s what most of the Japanese contestants said on PD48, when they were surprised by the skill level of the Korean trainees.

The best friendship in Pd48: Chaekura.. It looks so natural.. When Sakura got a second place, she said thank you to Chaeyeon. Chaeyeon also proud with her. I still remember when sakura called out chaeyeon in her speech and chaeyeon also about to cry when she heard it, the longer it takes to call out her name the more she has given up and accepting she won't make it, but then that speech happens, when you look at chaeyeon it's like "ah someone still wants me to be there, someone still hasn't given up on her." making her 12th rank announcement truly a memorable one if not probably the best moment in produce series. it was like the true rank 1 announcement lol
guess that just japan fans culture, they appreciate other idols and singers as well. people may call them multi fandom but still they are better at respecting and enjoying performances than you know. it give better atmospheres to the awards as well.👏🏻
Can't help but to be proud with Nako, Hitomi and Sakura. The amount of growth that they acquired in just a short time is impeccable. Once they return to HKT and AKB respectively, they will only shine more than before with their newly acquired skills. They will become the epitome of an idol.
