Izuku Midoryia is the main protagonist in Kōhei Horikoshi's Manga series "My Hero Academia", and has grown to become one of the most renowned and loved Heroes in Manga and Manga adaptions alike.
Izuku Midoryia (Deku) was born without a power of his own, until he was given one by the at the time number one hero, All-Might. Now he is the ninth successor of All for One, a power passed down through other generations. The character now strives to accomplish great feats, keeping the world of heroes alive with a strong heart and shining smile.
Thematically, Izuku has a very Strong and Righteous musical identity, with the core base of his motif being instantly recognisable. The core is striking and bouncy, but can also be used in a quieter way by the composer. When I made this suite I was suprised to hear how diverse it is, from being used in soft Keyed iterations to Colossal and Of-moment orchestrations. And how can I not mention the astounding track, "Might+U". Here, composer Yuki Hayashi used Izuku's motif as the base for the lyrics sung by Makayla Phillips and the result was just tremendous as im sure you can hear!!
