Correction, it was supposed to teach him that he should learn how to use the quirk with extreme care, similar to how superman limits his strength so can allmight and deku, the whole scene was meant to be that one could output as much power as they like if they just learned to look like they are not using their quirk while constantly using it, thats why he told him to use the part of his body he can move with most precise movement, if he's careful and avoids using more than he should, then he wont harm his body nor the environment, and by recoil he would slowly and eventually reach 100% problem is, deku can reach it, but it would be bad plot wise, so he wouldn't reach it unless another villain afo level rises
Yeah, if hes going to fight all for one he will need to use 100%, and with the other ability to increase strength maybe he can get to 150% but i think the only thing that will take afo down will be a quirk nullifying round so he can kill afo
Probably because he didn't have that much control. His flicks back then we're massive shockwaves in their own right because it was at 100%. He never thought to use them at a weaker level to control the burst.
