@@TeaMaster420 It's an old lamp type, in the 1960-1980s it was used as street lightning as it was one of the most efficient light sources back then (not anymore). Most were replaced in the 2000s, and is not that common as public street lightning anymore (often replaced by high pressure sodium lamps, or LED if more recently). It is still relatively common on private owned land (like this parking lot).
