In my personal opinion, Jérémy Jouve is one of the very finest guitarists in the world. I have his wonderful DVD and three of his CDs--all displaying his impeccable technique and musicianship (as you can hear in this recording). One of Jouve's best qualities is his balance between older style romantic and contemporary "objective" interpretations. He avoids the excesses of both.
