Perhaps someday we'll hear what he intended for Blade Runner 2049 before he departed the project. What a singular voice he was, his compositions are so unique.
Perhaps one day, we will actually see his music style live on in some form if they do make a third film. Both to honour him and the Blade Runner story. 2049 was an absolute masterpiece and it’s definitely regarded as one of the greatest and most successful continuation movies now of any genre ever made really. So it feels likely, perhaps someday, we will see another sort of instalment in the story. Lot to live up to TWICE OVER though.
This is also the sound of the soul amidst the stream of creation. Emotion drives the modulation, the soul feels and creation then slightly morphs to encompass it all.
