why would that be a Loïc Nottet award? he came 4th so he can't be the face of a underrated entry, horerhonie (slovakia 2010) is better bc she didn't qualify
It should be a Miodio Award (San Marino 2008) they had one of the best songs yet they didnt qualify and came last in their semi-final with only 5 points and they came dead last overall in 2008 with the least amount of points
+Jack O Donovan I hope so. Estonia is my 1'st. The semi is very hard, though. Many 'always-qualifying' countries and many good songs from countries that are not always in finals. My instant qualifiers would be: Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Iceland, Netherlands But then again, Russia ALWAYS qualifies, Armenia and Azerbaijan as well, Cyprus has a nice song, Malta is good too and very hyped, Moldova could do well if they focus the act. Greece's song isn't really good, but it's Greece, so... I am REALLY worried about semi 1 results :(
Edward Reeves It is a really tough semi final, definitely the stronger one. Though there are a few songs that definitely won't qualify. Montenegro, Greece, Moldova and San Marino won't qualify. Finland, Austria and The Netherlands are 50/50 because of the countries that are in it. So Azerbaijan, Armenia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Russia, Hungary, Malta, Iceland, Cyprus and Croatia are definite qualifiers. I'm still on the fence with Bosnia and Herzegovina
Jack O Donovan You realize that you said ten countries are a definite qualifiers, meaning there is no space for anyone else. I know that about 14 countries have something solid, but only ten will pass. I am on the fence on who might unjustifiably lose.

Yeah, I really like his song and I'm dissapointed aswell :(, but lets be honest: he could've done better. His voice showd on the ESC that the song was a little low at the beginning and he tried too hard to sound good. He was shaking his voice too much like he was too nervous. It's only my thought and opinnion of what happened. don't judge me :D
Estonia is always a classy country with it's Eurovision entries, this one is no exception, so smooth, cool and mysterious - his voice is mellow and you just have to close your eyes and drift, hope it gets to the final. Greetings from WALES.
+Pura Periculo Justs from Latvia is also really good! And Hovi Star from Israel has a pretty incredible voice as well, his song justs (see what I did there) isn't that good :)
THIS is the best live version of this song. It fits perfectly with the music and the lyrics : Jüri is calm, restrained, "sober", in the best of ways here. The way he sings and moves express his... well, his masculinity, his gentlemanhood in a way, plus his "dark boy" side. The ESC live was over the top on this (the cards, the "yeah", the winking...), and the Eesti Laul semi-final version was too "wild", in a way. This, here, is controlled, it has an incredible aura. And I love the faces on the screen and that thing they do with their eyes when he sings "falling in, falling into" : that's charm ! Not winking, not "yeah"ing. Restraint, calm, collection : here, Jüri is sure of himself. That's a hell of man on this scene. And best of all, in the end, just after "stronger, much stronger with you !", he changes completely and looks like a wild, cunning yet adorable teenager. Basically, this is badass, in the most collected way possible.
Stig Rästa worked his magic once again and Jüri's voice is so deep and sexy that i almost get sweaty. It reminds me of what Adele would sing for a Bond movie, which i love. The instrumentation of it is beyond amazing and i can't stop listening to it and to be swallowed up by his voice. It's so retro yet so modern, and the guitarline at the 1:15 mark makes me even more stunned. I absolutely love it!
The more I listen to it, the more I liked it. I wasn't completely convinced of the song when I first heard it on Eurovision, but I still thought it deserved to go to the final.

Estonia are actually becoming a solid contestant in Eurovision. Eesti Laul this year was really impressive and had a lot of great entries including Mick Pedaja, Cartoon and Go Away Bird that I would have loved seeing at Eurovision. 7 points from Sweden and go Estonia!

+mirandaymiranday Thank you, you are so lovely!!! :) But, honestly, it's sad to say that, but Estonia probably won't qualify, even deserve it. There are at least 13 very strong songs in the 1. Semi-final, that deserve to quality.,... In the 1. Semi-final Estonia has only Finland and Sweden (hopefully some fans from Hungary and Russia too!!! :) ----- but no one else ! ----- Low result in Televoting and Jury's around 10th probably giving only 13. position for Estonia....
