The line “my 16th should’ve come with a coffin” means that he never expected to live long because of the life he had growing up. Single mom, bad neighborhood, racist cops, most teens ended up drug addicts or dealers. Cole raps about how the life he lived should’ve gotten him killed a lot, because a lot of people he knew took the wrong path and ended up dead or in prison. Btw love your videos!

the song is called' Let Nas Down' and it's about Cole making 'hit-songs' that weren't really his style and he felt like letting his heroes/Nas down by not staying true to his self (which clearly he been doing since than)

His 1st verse was about Kanye West. if you listen to some Kanye’s OLD music and how and compare it to how he’s living his life now, you’ll definitely see what j cole is talking about. His second verse was about the rapper and good friend of his named Wale (by the way wale responds with a song called ground hog day if you guys ever listen to it). Really enjoying your videos guys because you just understand how to interpret music as it is and not fully judge it just off of its beat. Keep it up. Subbed.
