@@juliacopelanddismuke5000 lmfao I’m not a fan of J Cole but he described Kanye perfectly. I loved the 04-08 Kanye, but it was obvious his ego was too big for his head. Maybe try taking some more copium to help
@@Anthroid9 You crazy, you can’t even see the game that’s being play. Kanye on the way to his 2nd Billion. It was all an act, like the Will Smith slap, and every other media stunt. Like Eminem is a drug abuser, not. Dude just made 1 Billion for Interscope. He’s never been a drug head, they just use that image because it sells and is relatable to music consumers.
@@cas8612you the person who says wii sports better than Zelda cause it sold more 😅😅😅 Kanye was a PRODIGY producer Cole just stepped up to the mic and murdered everything his ears heard . Kanye V Cole as an MC is like comparing a kindergartener to ….. well Cole
this is a stretch. If you care then call someone, don't make a song about them and sell it and call that caring. Be more real than that. You can show someone care in "private". You doing it in public, then it's a stunt. Plain and simple. That's for anyone... not just Cole. So it's nothing personal.
@@versoturner5777 not a stretch at all. he wasn’t dissing kanye, just speaking his truth about kanye’s situation. to admit that he once idolized a man whom he thought was pure, only to realize that man has been corrupted due to the people he surrounds himself with, that’s about as straight from the heart as it gets.
@@versoturner5777 You're wrong, J Cole cares. An example is when lil pump dissed J Cole, J Cole replied back to lil pump's diss but instead of dissing him back he gave pump some advice, life lessons and a warning. Cole even literally called lil pump on his phone to talk to him, to uplift him, but that advice fell do deaf ears .Lil pump is egoistic even though he was not a good rapper at all....what could J Cole do for Kanye when he has a huge ego?. Kanye has lost it, nothing Cole can do for him....he's simply stating facts on this song coz it hurts him to see Ye fall from grace.
@Sumdontknow he called J cole after this and streamed it to social media to try to prove they were cool after this. Then Cole hung up and told him that wasn't cool that he put the call on social media. Need anymore proof?
SMH. I've been saying that for years. The song came from a place of love IMO. True friends check their friends when they fuckin up. * I know J Cole not his friend, but you get the point....
Yo, this is why I don't care about him apologizing to Kendrick. He didn't fall off, he's just different. Not alot of people have the balls to apologize or change there stance just because there afraid of being casted out
A real man is strong but also kind, no need to crash out with someone you actually respect over a beef you really was never in, Kendrick beef is with Drake not Cole
Is J Cole the voice of the people now? Swear he is the best at being able to relate to the new era of hip hop without conforming to their sound💯. His perspective on life is one of a kind
“While the world is eggin him on…” is the most truthful part of that bar. The world be loving Kayne’s episodes. Like we all are messed up if we really thinks it’s cool to put a camera on person who is bipolar when that manic episodes
@@kwasiahenkora6583 he said he loves hitler, who has not personally harmed him, just like he loves ari emmanuel, who HAS personally harmed him. we’re Christians. we love.
I just realized that when he said it's harder for him to look into the mirror lately this is much deeper because kanye said in one of his old songs that he would look into the mirror if he needed some help and that means kanye isn't getting help. Just thought I'd point that out for yall.
fhd is a snooze fest with overrated songs. cole is overrated. dude is just likeable so ppl think his music is good. cole is overrated af. fhd might be the worst one. i was a diehard fan but i slowly had to accept his albums are mid. he kills features though@@wetsaapbrehh7839
That's what's some simple friendly criticism sounds like especially when someone has respect and is understanding what's really happening to that person! This is called pure good music from one's heart to others hearts that are pure like his!!!
I don’t know if this is about Kanye, there’s a couple other people could be about and he says he doesn’t write his own stuff makes me believe he’s not talking about Kanye
How is this a diss when everything he said were facts? I remember this song and this verse hit so fucking hard because we all knew who this was about and the passion in Cole's words were so real.
@@user-rj3ub4fd4uI swear to God, I could write a long comment breaking down why Yeezus is a GOAT tier level album, but I’d rather just recommend watching "How Kanye West Uses Samples to Tell Stories", J Cole HAS NO IDEA, how ahead of it’s this album was but can we really blame him? He ain’t got the vision Ye has, and just like most people, he didn’t like Yeezus, he didn’t UNDERSTAND Yeezus.
@@kdotbetter I don’t know if you’re really young or if you have read another comment and thought it was mine. All I talked about was the Yeezus album, I didn’t worship anyone, do you even know what worshipping is?
Ikr. How the hell can you drop this and just a few years later have such a disappointing song. I think that's the worst part, most didn't even clown just disappointed. Like damn Cole..
@@bryn1063 for real. Like honestly I thought the whole project was mid. The saddest thing was the weak Kendrick list was the most exciting part of that project, other than that awkward ass bar that can be taken as transphobic.
Firstly this isnt diss hes calling an old idol out on their flaws to prove a more general message. AND the Kendrick shit was a completely different situation. He stayed honest with himself and although not very hiphop to apologise its gotta be respected.
From wat I’ve seen this freestyle wasn’t made wit ye in mind but it does encapsulate what’s happening to ye besides the not writing his own lyrics part
If anything, J Cole shows incredible emotional intelligence. It’s very hard to see a friend clearly struggling and not only be willing, but also capable, of telling them no and that you’re concerned. I really hope someone is able to break through to Ye and he’s able to listen
There's no downfall, everyone from Kanye's era is gone from mainstream media. Drake is a generation after Kanye and yet from figures alone Cole couldn't dare fk with Ye.
He’s out here praising hitler…. It’s hard to listen to his music now especially the new stuff, it doesn’t hit the same. Definitely a downfall from where he could’ve continued heading
@@kemisomolefhi5638 the numbers aren’t what they used to be and they’re just from his batshit crazy fans who think if he shits on a painting it’s worth $70 million
