It will never stop being sad (to me) how people neglect their health especially because they are so heavily focused on their work. I respect Screw so much and he os a huge inspiration in my life... It's just tragic that because he was neglecting his physical health and diet, and obviously neglecting his mental health in a way that culminated in a cocktail that served early death. People don't realize that the ones sipping codeine and promethazine syrup usually die from a combination of being overweight and high doses of a chemical that slows your breathing down. If he had been in shape OR got help for his addiction (or both) he'd still be with us.
I known the o.g.from 🏃🏾 the streetz very wise but will get with you if need be he did not let people around him he did not know. If you were not family or s.u.c. u could not be around him he was robbed that night as well his pockets were turned inside out. Till this day i believe my homeboy was killed by someone he knew. respecfully, as a screwhead myself, i beleive screw knew his days were numbered. his eating and sleeping habbits along with his drug habbits did him in. i beleive the most damaging part was his sleeping habbits. u just cant get away with that for too long. i honestly think he woulda prolly been ok with just the syrup but aint know way he didnt feel his health fading away.
