I really do not understand why almost all the big ones manufacturers refuse to use ADAPTIVE APTX, yet it is clear that it is for the moment the best codecs for Android and Windows, especially since currently the best earbuds in terms of sound are those which use this codec 🤷🏽♂️.
So here's my observations after buying both the elite 7 pros and the elite 3. - The elite 7 pros biggest letdown is their anc - there isn't any! The passive noise cancelation is almost exactly the same as that of the elite 3s which is also the same as the anc! What a ripoff Jabra. Barring the minor technicalities of sound differences between the 2, the elite 3s are the clear value for money winner. Am returning my elite 7 pros as they give me NOTHING over the elite 3s barring some tweaking on the app which is not really useful to me. However, the call quality for me is better than what I heard in Aaron's review (for both these buds). They're really good and not Choppy at all. And the fits of both are excellent.
I did a side by side comparison of the jabra elite 7 pros, elite 3s and the Sony wf 1000 xm3s which I purchased last year and found that the Sonys have the best sound quality followed by the elite 3s and lastly the 7 pros (which were way softer than the elite 3s) The elite 3s also was a much more natural fit in my ears followed by the sonys. Again the 7 pros' plastic irritated my ears after about half an hour - they appear to be a bit bulkier than the 3s. Noise canceling was an obvious win for the sonys and then both the jabras were the same even though the 3s don't have anc. So for my longer trips in planes and trains, it'll be the sonys and for office time itl be the elite 3s. I'll have to sell off the 7 pros at a loss but am hoping for a firmware update from Jabra.
@@browneyedS No issues with the battery. I had issues with the connection. I was unable to pair them, after they've disconnected out of the sudden. They were not visible for pairing. Charging the earphones with cable for 2 hours fixed the issue. Now they are working fine.
I love Jabra i have the elite active 75t and they sound so great they have a punching bass which i love 😘 Thanks for the Intel Aaron Keep up the good work 👍
I had the 7 active and pro the pros had a messed up mic where the caller couldnt hear me.. i honestly like the rubber on the actives because they are easier to handle and wont drop them while handling
@@daniel6242 it helps with the mids on the 75t to me I love the jabras but it's hard ti find midrange sound with the jabra app itself I never had earbuds with this problem but wavelet helps. Oh yea wavelet is just for android phones for some reason
I'm kind of like everyone else on this one I have the 75T's and really enjoy them. Curious if I should just buy a new pair again or if they are better than the Jabra elite active 7. Or 75t active versus elite active 7
Few things. 1. It's not as alive as the 75t. The bass doesn't give you that thump. At most you'll get a hum. 2. The soundstage is too small. The instruments are all piled in at the same channel so if for example in a crescendo of an orchestral piece when all instruments are playing at almost the same volume, it will sound so messy. Every instrument is played by the buds in front of your face like in one speaker instead of a full stereo. 3. If you adjust the EQ it distorts and the bass for example will start bleeding in to the mids. You adjust the treble one notch to make it more sparkly and the result is this jarring sharp treble. 4. If you multi-point to 2 different platforms, the voice calling quality suffers. In my experience the other party can barely hear me. I bought the oneplus buds pro after a month of suffering through the 7pros. I switch between my elite 75 and buds pro depending on which one is in my bag.
did you try connect jabra elite 7 pro to laptop or computer? in some website it is written it only connects with tablet and phones... thanks for your reply...
Hey Aaron, are you going to stick to audio reviews? If you want to go into video/cam reviews I can lend you (when I receive) an Akaso Brave 6 PRO which I just ordered on 12.12. It could open a new audience to your channel. Wishing continuing success, to you and the old brown fox and your lazy dog ;)
Aaron, I have the 75t actives. They just died on me. I have an extremely difficult time finding headphones that stay in my ears when active. The 75t actives were the only ones that worked for me. I could do anything and they wouldn't come out. Will the 7 actives stay in my ears like that?
