New York State Department of Environmental Conservation had their annual pheasant release in September. Jim Hubert took his son Jace to the season kick Youth Pheasant Hunt at the Carter's Pond Wildlife Management Area near Cossayuna, NY. With plenty of birds in the fields and a 2 bird limit, there was a lot of excitement for everybody!
