Even after Jack get upset with Nikki, he always protects her!! After her being buried he didn’t know how to process that and couldn’t verbalize his feelings! Some men have grown up being told not to show their feelings! From what I saw of Jack’s parents, especially his mother, I think that was the case!!
The second pizza delivery and lunch delivery I missed in the shortened episode’s over here, even as the conversation Jack and Nikki had in Jack’s new house about family and Cara. It’s too bad BBC First and KRO-NCRV doesn’t allow us to watch the whole episodes. 😢
Btw, did you hear what Nikki said to Jack before he answered “Hard to say”? It’s at the end of episode 8 in season 26, just before Cara’s mum entered. Time 53 minutes in the episode.
