After all those years of Jack and Phil not having a mom since Jack was a child (and after getting suspended from school for getting into a fight in the hallway), the teens finally get a new mom, Helen, who is very sweet. After the arrival of their new mother, Jack decides to take her to Rachel's house so she can see his girlfriend.

Trivia:
• This is the fourth episode of season 2 of the Jack and Phil series, as well as the twenty-fifth overall.
• This is the first episode not to feature the Quirks since their debut appearances.
• This episode marks both the debut of Helen and the return of Principal Everhart, as well as the second appearance of Arthur.
Goofs/Errors:
• Stan said, "She's a very nice mother." when it should be, "She's going to be a very nice mother.".
• This video is called "Jack's New Mom", but Phil is Jack's brother, so this video would actually be called "Jack and Phil's New Mom". It could be either that Phil wasn't at the house at the time their new mother came, which is probably why Phil's name is not mentioned in the title, or that Cannon just wanted to keep the title simple.
