[Story Begins]
Once upon a time, there was a boy named Jack who lived with his mother. They were very poor and didn't have much to eat. One day, Jack's mother asked him to sell their cow at the market to buy food.
On his way to the market, Jack met a strange old man who offered him five magic beans in exchange for the cow. "These beans will bring you great fortune," said the old man. Jack thought for a moment and decided to trade the cow for the beans.
When Jack returned home, his mother was very upset. "Magic beans? How could you?" she cried. She threw the beans out the window and sent Jack to bed without dinner.
The next morning, Jack woke up to see a giant beanstalk growing outside his window. It stretched up into the sky, disappearing into the clouds. Jack was curious and decided to climb the beanstalk to see where it led.
[Climbing the Beanstalk]
Jack climbed higher and higher, passing birds and fluffy clouds. Finally, he reached the top and found himself in a magical land. There, he saw a huge castle in the distance.
Jack walked to the castle and knocked on the enormous door. A kind giantess opened the door and invited him in. She gave him a delicious meal but warned him to hide because her husband, the giant, was coming home.
[The Giant's Castle]
Jack quickly hid inside a cupboard. The giant stomped into the room and sniffed the air. "Fee-fi-fo-fum, I smell the blood of an Englishman!" he roared. But the giantess convinced him there was no one there.
Jack watched as the giant counted his gold coins and eventually fell asleep. Quietly, Jack crept out of his hiding place, grabbed a bag of gold coins, and climbed back down the beanstalk as fast as he could.
Jack and his mother were overjoyed with the gold coins, but Jack couldn't stop thinking about the magical land above the clouds. A few days later, he decided to climb the beanstalk again.
[Second Climb]
This time, Jack saw the giantess and asked for food again. She agreed but warned him to hide because her husband would soon return. Jack hid inside a pot just as the giant stomped in.
"Fee-fi-fo-fum, I smell the blood of an Englishman!" the giant roared again. The giantess calmed him down, and the giant sat down to eat. After his meal, the giant brought out a hen that laid golden eggs. Jack watched in amazement as the hen laid a golden egg every few minutes.
When the giant fell asleep, Jack sneaked out, grabbed the hen, and hurried back down the beanstalk. Jack and his mother were now very rich, thanks to the hen that laid golden eggs. But Jack's curiosity wasn't satisfied. He wanted to climb the beanstalk one more time.
[Third Climb]
On his third climb, Jack found the giantess once more. She let him in but told him to hide because her husband was coming. Jack hid behind a curtain and waited. The giant entered, roaring his usual, "Fee-fi-fo-fum, I smell the blood of an Englishman!"
After eating, the giant took out a magical harp that could play beautiful music all by itself. The giant soon fell asleep to the harp's melody. Jack quietly grabbed the harp, but as he was leaving, the harp cried out, "Master! Master!"
The giant woke up and chased Jack. Jack raced down the beanstalk with the giant hot on his heels. When Jack reached the ground, he grabbed an axe and chopped down the beanstalk. The giant fell, never to bother anyone again
