Jackunzel AU
Before taking Rapunzel away, Gothel would survive by stealing spirit's memories and consuming all the power that came from them. But since that wasn't enough to prevent her from dying of aging and it was even harder to steal them, She discovered a much valuable treasure: Rapunzel's hair.
Rapunzel couldn't be more lonely in years staying at the tower. Even though her "mama" would always come back to tell stories about the real world she wanted desesperately to get out. Nevertheless as the years were passing and nothing she'd lose her hope more and more each day that passed by. Then it came to a point that the started having a lot of nightmares about never getting off the tower or the real world being scaring exactly how Gothel told her so.
Then came Jack Frost. A spirit responsible for the good dreams and hope. He was dragged near people who once were dreamers, filled with hope and passion, but then Pitch would make them lose everything and be helpless.
Rapunzel was innocent like a child, but also intelligent, brave and curious. Jack was dragged to her in a imaginable way. Since he came to her, she started having good dreams, and he would be with her in all of them.Gothel noticed that something started to go wrong with Rapunzel. She'd just want to dream all day, she zoned out and seemed to be too depressed with the reality. The witch could listen to Rapunzel talk to someone and assumed it was a dream spirit. More specifically, Jack Frost.The one that Pitch would always dream about destroying.

About the color pallete:
The reality scenes have a more bluish grayish color. ( I was careful to make Jack's yellow color pop a little bit at reality scenes cause U wanted to make clear that he is a spirit that didn't belong to the real ambient.)
The dream scenes carry a more purplish color , that brings the idea of a magic ambience.
And the "danger scene" of Gothel and Pitch I used red with green to bring contrast ( to not make the red too vibrant and) and the idea of danger.
