Jack Hyles began preaching at the age of nineteen. He pastored five churches over a period of fifty-four years that varied in size from 44 members to over more than 100,000.
Jack Hyles was a pastor, friend to preachers, and author. Perhaps his greatest impact was his fiery yet practical preaching that was unmistakably anointed by the Holy Spirit.
Jack Hyles was a leading figure in the Independent Baptist movement. He was considered by many the greatest fundamental influence of the last century. His impact was lasting; and even after his death, his books and sermons are still influencing another generation.

Bro. Hyles was the kindest, most generous and loving person I ever knew. He was like a father to me and so many. Please don’t base your feelings about Bro. Hyles, on this one conference message, because his regular church sermons were often to encourage and strengthen the broken hearted. This was preached 30 years ago or more, and often even non-religious society had old-school beliefs in those days. He changed the course of my life with a steady diet of messages filled with compassion, truth and practical wisdom. I will never forget him and always be grateful 🥲

Once you hear real God lead preaching you can't listen to anything else my first time hearing Jack Hyles it was at my church Andrew Edwards the third who went to Hyles Anderson College along with other greats Dr. Joe Boyd My. Salem Revival ground Salem West Virginia Dr. Randy Taylor, Curtis Hudson, Dennis Corle , I can go on and on I think of a Frank Gaggiano South Heaven Baptist Church Springfield TN. Who is bringing up new preacher Boys keeping it going what God had started through Jack Hyles .

This should have 100k views. Every time someone says “Hyles Anderson”, they should get goose bumps from the awkwardness caused by saying his name. The fact that FB of Hammond has not removed his name or his likeness from the property, tells everyone who is listening where they stand. The 2022-23 HAC catalog opens with a full page bio on this man. Yet we wonder why so many child sex crimes are tied to the men who come from there.

At Pastor School, the intended audience are pastors who should know the scriptures that he's referring to. For Hyles, this isn't a Sunday morning lesson, but a time to galvanize the pastors who should already know
