Raccoon's are actually very intelligent animals. especially in regards to problem solving with most tests placing them just below monkeys and far above dogs and cats on an intelligence scale.
Literally Jack Jack is the alarm system for the Parrs. He knows when an intruder is coming and goes to attack them. Also, how is the raccoon not scared of Jack Jack no matter how many times he gets destroyed by the powers?
Both are powerful fighters, with prep time, Stewie is likely to win. But right if the bat, it’s a coin toss, we all know Stewie is prepared at all times for a scuffle. Assuming Stewie has his on hand equipment, again, it’s a 50/50z

@@Gojira-2008yeah he did. He terrorized his babysitter and was responsible for killing Syndrome. Go watch the movie again and the bonus scenes. You'll see what Jack Jack was doing when the sitter left those messages Elastigirl was listening to before realizing someone was with Jack Jack that shouldn't have been. She got her mind wiped after.
