I made money in real estate in my 20s. Not rich, but my retirement is more or less secured. I own a small business and the property that i operate out of. Preparing to move to a small town and live off of rental income, and probably open another small business there. I didn’t do anything fancy or amazing in my life, but i am very happy with how things turned out for me

I think stupid people is not literally stupid people but just a normal one. As you know intelligent people or genius people has their own ego so they cannot stand to work with normal people like us. So that's why they prefer to work alone~ if u go to university then u will know what I mean since I'm slow learner person and the group of intelligent student will ignore you if you cannot learn fast like them. That's reality.

If I had to choose one variable that matters the most in Capitalism, it is LOANS. No one really knows what makes a business viable. Capitalism is a belief system in which it is necessary for preachers to preach and believers to believe. The preachers in this instance are successful businessmen, who probably fail at 90% of theIir ventures but are wealthy enough to find the urgency to protect Capitalism via tutorials that have no mathematical/scientific backing.

Despite that he wasn’t using his mother tongue while having the debate, so it’s pretty normal that some expressions he used sounded odd. He himself is a example of a successful person, he knows what he’s talking about. Lastly, you can’t just judge someone by a simple video you saw on RU-vid, while he has a lot more to show. He wouldn’t be the richest man of China if he was really that dumb, don’t you think so?

Know your weaknesses and strength, threats and opportunities and start from there. If you don't have a clear reason in mind and won't move your ass to discover it, you will one day become either vicious, stupid or commit suicide...

That's how you get rich in China, everything require government connection. Alibaba and Ant Financial now give most profits to CCP since Financial Sectors always have been in the hands of a powerful family in China. Not to mention many families members just got rich because their family have an officials to give them CONTROL over companies.

Many of business are theirs for long time, unless someone hold officials and abuse their government position to place extend families members on top positions of companies.

There are lobbied, basically the rich corporations paid to get benefits from theirs paid politicians, although we know about it, but there are no proof. If there is proof, those politicians would not get vote and they would vote out of office since there are many laws against that. However, the problem is none of the government officials able to get theirs families to hold high position in lots of companies, if they got found out, they would be in CONTROVERSY and often pressure to step down from the office.

The rich get Richer because the poor thinks that every opportunity is a scam Especially investing in stock exchange, real estate, gold, crude oil ,cryptocurrency etc. This has been able to represents legion of adventures and entrepreneur.
