Jack was made for characters like this, if the part in The Shining where he recites the Three Little Pigs wasn't foreshadowing I don't know what is. He rocked that humanoid werewolf look even before Big Wolf On Campus was a thing. Plus, picturing Joker as a werewolf is on the same level as seeing Harley as a hyena.

i always thought that jack nicholson wouldve played the best wolverine character in x men on a movie, he suits the part of wolverine being a psychotic berserker
It was the same thing that my brother and I always thought about Jack Nicholson, too. A younger Jack Nicholson could have made for the perfect Wolverine. It seems like a lot of people feel that Jack would have been a good fit for the role of Wolverine.

Maybe they thought that they just had contact lenses and grew their facial hair out and kept it unkempt all the time. They might have thought that he just got some fake teeth like the ones you can wear for Halloween. It wasn't that they had wolf faces because they were closer to looking and acting more human like at that point. No one would have suspected if werewolves were real to look like this and so they would be caught in the cross-hairs so to speak. Hypothetical of course haha!
I just watched this movie last night and honestly it's not my favorite werewolf movie nor my favorite werewolf transformation... but I love the approach this movie took instead of some of the other werewolf plots... as long as no traditional rules are broken with werewolves in movies, I'm okay with that... I was very disappointed with this transformation... I wanted to see more, considering Jack Nicholson has played some REALLY extreme characters before in other movies and I had good hopes that he could have a full on good transformation in this movie... and the ending is superb and a lot better than a loved one having to shoot a werewolf that turns out to be someone they are close to, even though werewolves are killing people... it's still a very sad ending... but this ending is great... and this one, the werewolf is not based on being evil if the person is not evil... whereas in the other ones, the werewolves were innocent and couldn't do anything heroic like Jack could in this, so that's an awesome dynamic this movie took...
