Stargate was never the same after Jack left. I missed seeing him in every episode after season 7. Such good looking, funny, and cool guy. The last scene of "The Lost City" made me cry.

Watched this video again. Such a good one! Of course we know Jack almost dies in Heroes and in Lost City. Still, this is a very emotional video and is all about Jack's almost death. How I miss this show and miss Jack and Sam.....they are/were the BEST!

Most of the first scenes had nothing to do with Jack, but with Janet Frasier dying. Very sad episode, and a wonderful tribute at the end.

I JUST discovered the tv show 2 ONLY MONTHS AGO and absolutely love it. i bought all the seasons on ITunes. so, far I watched seasons 1 and 2... and apparently i am gonna need WAY MORE KLEENEX. I am not sure if i would be to handle JACK'S death watching that episode (S7E18). I AM GONNA NEED COUNSELLING ... OH BOY....

So glad you have discovered Stargate SG1 = it was THE BEST thing on TV for 10 years! I have the video set of the entire series and NEVER get tired of watching the episodes over and over. Jack doesn't die in Heroes - season 7 - but he does in Continuum the movie......sort of. It's worth it to get that movie too. Enjoy!

@Humbertusmarius Yeah I'm with you there. I think it's down to characters. The characters in SGU are flimsy with no likeability. I don't care about what happens to them. With SG1, I gave a shit about the characters.

Ohne jack ist Stargate nur noch halb so gut und warum konnte man jack nicht auch in diesem Sarkophag wiederbeleben so wie damals Daniel,Stargate is only half as good without jack and why couldn't you revive jack in this sarcophagus like Daniel did back then
