Its crazy that once i listened to this song for the first time I cried really hard...because I relate to this song so much due to me being a person who never expresses how I feel (always saying im fine), always looking for validation, and I always try so hard to make the ones I love happy. Putting others first before myself.And it gets to the point where it drains everything out of you because you try so hard.But when I listened to this song it felt so good to just cry and let everything out because it felt like someone actually saw me and that I wasn't ok.Overall Please know that it's so much harder doing things on your own and you weren't put on this earth to make everyone happy.

Tw: SA So this song kind of triggers me a bit now that I know what it's about but at the same time it's really calming. When I was in elementary from when I was 6 till I was 11 my moms boyfriend sexually abused me. They're not together anymore, he's in jail but for other reasons. One day they were arguing and my mom didn't know about him at the time. I always listened to the arguments because I had an overwhelming fear that it was my fault but this time I really wished I wasn't listening. My mom shouted something at him like "you have cameras in your bathroom watching my children" and now I always have a fear of being watched, I know I guess everyone does but for me it can trigger panic attacks. So I hate when most people stare at me, some people are exceptions though. I have like 3 people that I'm okay with touching me now, I don't even want my mom to touch me. And now I have to take a shower bit this song came on and I love it but I'm scared that I'm being watched again. Sorry for the trauma dump I just had to get it out somewhere.
