Iam akeralite. I always look forward to the arrival of jackfruit season. Iam addicted to cooked jf and prepare every day for five months. We clean it remove the seed and cut into slices before cooking. It is the most delicious and healthy food in the world. Though jackfruits are ubiquitous here most malayalis don't cook because it is a hard and time consuming activity. Millions of jackfruits get spoiled here. It contains lot of fibre and can fight diabetese.

I love the ripe jackfruit raw (those edible flesh which contains the seeds). If being cooked, it must be the seeds (of ripe fruit) and unripe jackfruit (everything except the skin). 🤤🤤🤤

I love jackfruit so much. Both ripe and unriped. Infact, i just eaten a few sweetened bulb today. The hardest part of course is cleaning after. So good to see a different way of preparing it. As usual, the visual is soo good you just want to try it.
