I'd recommend watching *Gothamista's "$10 and under" as well as "$20 and under" skincare product videos* (depending on how much you're looking to spend!) She lists tons of really great options that are really effective and good for you skin :)

If your like Jackie when it comes to scrubs and don't want to use a chemical ones a GREAT one by lush is the ocean salt one. It helped lighten up and clear some of my hyper pigmentation and is just overall a great scrub compared to a lot .

I use the Dermalogical stuff too and I love it. I have very dry skin with a very oily T-Zone. So while I pile on mainly on my checks and neck, my nose gets so oily it looks wet. I use two serums, one from Clinique that is for lines and acne at night and a Lancôme one during my morning routine. They all work great, but sometimes I feel my skin stills needs more hydration so I will look into more serums now!

I really wanted to love the Fresh Rose moisturizer but I started breaking out a little more than a week after I started using it. I have oily/combo skin. That being said, I do love their lip balms and I’m going to try their Kombusha Essence.
I use a neutrogena face wash and nothing more. I’m not here for the face tips. However, I am here for Jackie! She’s incredibly entertaining, engaging and beautiful. I absolutely love how she stays true to self. I subscribed to her channel sometime ago because of her personality. I could careless about makeup. Love her to pieces... instant mood lifter.
I used to not care about skin care like you, but it's definitely worth splurging and getting all kinds of products involving the different steps that Jackie did. I'd rather spend money on skin care than makeup now. Your skin will definitely thank you later on in life. It's all about preventing wrinkles because once you have them, it's too late.
Sorry to bother y’all but I really need an advice : I’m 19, I’m black and my skin tone is dry. All I do is clean my face during the shower than I put some moisturizer and that’s all. My skin is doing pretty well, just have some little pimples sometimes. Do y’all think that I need to have a routine ?

As a korean skincare obsessor, oh my goodness!!! Finally someone cleansing correctly with knowledge of the different types of exfoliators, as well as toners and serums, and applying them correctly! I haven't heard of Jackie before because I basically live under a rock, but she has my full attention now
@@bearbaera9431 I'd recommend the Heimish All Clean Balm! Once you start working it into your skin, it melts all your makeup/sunscreen off. Also, Jackie calls it a "pre-cleanser" but it's more frequently called an oil cleanser. Wishing you great skin!
