1.Nipple Scratchcards takes no responsibility for loss or damage of scratchcards, money or checks via the postal network, or the loss of money via online banking, Pingit or Paypal.
2. 10% commission will be payable to Stephen JC Mardon (Nipple Scratchoff) On wins on scratch cards of £200 or more to cover filming and camera costs.
3. Once a participant has sent money and agreed to participate in a video, money cannot be refunded.
4. All winnings (if any) are non- disputable and final, and participants cannot argue on final results.
5. Money won by participants can be returned via online banking, Pingit, or Paypal. In addition to this, money can take up to and including 5 working days to return.
