@@danielmims8467 yes I am family, I would love to see Steve on the stage. My granddaughters and I love to dance to his music, we are Steve Earle jamming fools✌️😂 lol. I would love to go to the earl's Chappelle. The best I can do now is stay clean and sober, Steve, he has inspired me soooo much. Next time you are at the earl's Chappelle pray for me, I believe in the power of prayer, My daughter and grandkids just lost their daddy to a drug overdose June first. It's been ruff. My grandmother rose Earl went (Kay) years ago but she has passed away in 06 then my husband passed right after she did. Damn life is hard sometimes. Yes I was shocked about JT man he reminds me of my son Avery, very talented and beautiful big blue eyes, tall and lanky. also started playing guitar and drums piano at the age of 2 believe it or not he played a mean guitar and drums by the time he turned 7 I would have to check on him because Avery would spend hours in his room with his guitar that usually only had 3 strings, 😂 he made it work. music talent runs in the family. @@terriwatson3993 absolutely. I was told at a young age , you either pick up a instrument or a paintbrush. I did both haha. Homecoming was like 2 days after I saw Steve in New Braunfels and i asked him if he was going to show up , he said he cant bring himself to go out there since jt is there. I dont think hes been since we burried his dad out there and that was one of the last times i saw jt. I ended up running into him in portland some guys i work with were huge fans and were going to see him play so i had to go . I really wasnt shocked , me and him used to get into trouble and i share the same demons you speak of . I was able to crawl out of it a year and a half after 20 years . Id like to think what happened to justin had alot to do with me getting clean. Anyway, You should've heard the guitar and trombone solo they did at Earles chapel on Homecoming it was awesome. We just sat around and played guitar all afternoon . I try to go when I can service just starts so early due to lack of air-conditioning. But it's was built in the early part of the 19th century and has the oldest continued running Sunday service in Texas. So peaceful out there. You are always welcome out there there's usually only 3 or 4 ppl there but you look at the monthly donations on that little church it's crazy . You take care and I will keep your daughter and grandchildren in my heart . 🙏
