Skiing my favorite lines, cliffs and couloirs around Jackson Hole in my edit "Gettin' Sendy". Follow along on / o_leeps for more!
Tons of ski lines in the backcountry off the tram, sketchy couloirs, blower powder and sending some huge frontflips with Julian Carr. I also made it out to backflip the Palisades at Squaw Valley along with a few other sick in-bounds airs.

A key part is landing on your back, to reduce the pressure on certain points of your body. If he landed on his feet, his legs would just go straight into his stomach. Of course 4 ft of snow to land in also helps...

Well first off it's powder so it's much more forgiving then piste, like a huge fluff cloud. Two he is not landing on flat but on a huge include which means he slides into the landing like an aeroplane not like a basketball bounce.

keep in mind these people started skiing at 5 probably and dedicated all their lives to ski since 3 or 4 decades; you don't need that kind of pro skills to enjoy snow and ski/snowboard

O_leeps | Big Mountain Ski Videos ok, granted, but doesn’t that put just as much stress on the spine and the neck? I did some trampoline jumping lately, and when I landed badly a couple of times I got that whiplash effect in my neck (Ok, I’m 54)... but just sayin’ . Stay healthy! 👍💪

Wholly crap...how they do the back flips has to be timed perfectly. Best I've done was the climax at Blackcomb and I was scared shitless. At my age, not sure if I can repeat the feats I did but you guys definitely went beyond.....stay alive!

@@bradfliflet9299 It's usually busy. It's a big place, though, and people spread out. Some areas will be nearly empty while others packed. You can't get fresh tracks off the top ever. Even if you get on first tram, patrol, lessons, VIPs and Teton Gravity peeps all get on an early tram and track it out before regular people get a chance. It is about 80% dudes and not many women.
