JSU's Ameshya Williams-Holliday is headed to the WNBA. Monday night she was selected 25th overall by the Indiana Fever. Ameshya becomes the first HBCU player to et drafted in 20 years and is the first women's basketball from Jackson State to get drafted into the WNBA. The Gulfport native was the SWAC Player of the Year this season and a three-time SWAC Defensive Player of the Year.
