Babyyyy it’s something about that roll off and hearing them tubas in the beginning of “Get Ready”….the chills i get! -signed a down the road cousin alumni of Southern Miss
Yea. I haven’t seen this stadium this pack for these 2 teams like this since back in the Mcnair days. When you had to get there 2hrs early to make sure you can be in.
I'm from Mississippi and now living in Dallas since 2012. It was announced that the young vato from the DFW area made the team for JSU Sonic Boom! REPRESENT!!! RIP Leroy Hawkins III. He was from DeSoto, a suburb a Dallas and a leading community of African Americans for academics, athletics and leadership. He was going to attend JSU and play football in 2019, but fell victim to gun violence. We must open our eyes and stop destroying each other and take control of our communities. If you got beef, squash it, especially over petite stuff. We can't keep waking up everyday preparing ourselves to take a life or have your life taken... That is not a way to live! Sorry people. I'm 41 years old and disappointed on how my communities are functioning, but pleased to see young minds going out there and doing something with their lives and having fun entertaining us at the same.
JSU representing. Shout out to drum majors, fantastic! Incredible! Band participation is amazing. Why is the band marching in during game time? Shout out to Coach Prime.
Where’s that scowling faces 😡😡😡 the band makes when they cross the ramp, 1/2 scowls and 1/2 not, former bands in 2020 and back did that, love when they show the scowls, didn’t expect that when I saw that but gave me a good laugh out of it…
I absolutely love JSU marching but damn Rod cadence is like the Simone said Rick and started adding random parts. After a while the cadence sounds like shit. Do they have any other cadences? Up I spoke to son the 2nd one came in
I don’t know if anyone noticed or saw this but the last Symbol player I spotted a GoPro on his hat if you have noticed it as well reply to this message
I got to the game early and I saw the boom March in..HOWEVER they did not let Alcorn March in at all..they had to Walk in and they would not let the Golden Girls anywhere near the ramp..hmmm make it make sense???? Better yet name me another game in the HISTORY of HBCU that that has EVER HAPPENED
JSU actions were bordering on criminal. Their band marched in with all the bells and whistles but used awards and announcements to block Acorns entrance into the stadium. ALCORN HAD TO WALK IN QUIETLY and sit down. But that was just the beginning. JSU would play a zero quarter arraignment and immediately after another award and then resume the game eliminating any change for Alcorn to play. This went on through the first half. Somehow Alcorn got a few arrangements in during the third quarter sometimes while the game was playing. Shame on you JSU, you lost all self respect.
babes y’all lost , take that L and shove it where the sun don’t shine . It was jsu’s senior day , so why exactly would Alcorn be loud and interrupt their seniors getting recognized? both bands were great . now leave it .
You disrespecting your own products, SU praised TSU band director from SU and JSU despise SODs from Alcorn State University. Why is that so, the SODs of Alcorn State University was built and created by an Sonic Boom of The South music major. I never could understand the disrespecting, The Boom has toward the Sounds of Dynamites. The children became greater than the parents. They're here and will be greater in numbers. Why hate that you have birth. SODs For Life
