Even the intro verse sounds the same. If there are so many songs that sound like this, please enlighten me as I like this style of song. The day after I saw it, I excitedly told three people at different times -- all familiar with the MCU, who've watched most or all the movies -- that I saw Shang-Chi, and all three of them asked, "What movie?" And I realized the only advertising I'd seen for it was one billboard; I watched the movie because a friend was seeing it, and I ended up really liking it. Maybe this is an outlier situation because the movie did pretty well, but that wasn't good.

All media from China are belonged to the govt, don't you know that. The first one to point out racist of the character was from Communist Youth League of China (共青团）in July 2019. If Marvel has created a new Chinese character, not Shangchi who is son of the Mandarin, it will be a different story.
