Its stereo on my end. So I'm guessing its a YT thing :/

@@danielstudart2062 I think its a RU-vid thing. I checked my video editor and both the RU-vid video and the output video that I uploaded and they're both stereo with the same volume. I think its a bug with RU-vid but either way thanks for letting me know, I'll look more into this problem.
