@lonestress you make it out like it’s his movie. Joey King is the protagonist. It’s not like jacob can help the time difference. The PR team probably want to promote Taylor as he’s the new guy. You sound like you hate him as much as Joey king does, she has shared no promos with jacob on her social media it’s all of Joel and the rest of the cast.

G M Jacob may not have signed on to do press for this film because he was supposed to be filming the new season if Euphoria. I agree the film is about Elle, honestly, he isn’t in it all that much right? And they are gonna shift focus to the new guy Marco, just in case Jacob doesn’t want to do a third movie. By that time, he may be in a diff mind set, wanting something lighter and less dramatic. Euphoria is pretty heavy, Joey mentioned that coming off The Act, she felt a bit down and TKB role was good for her, Jacob just hasn’t realized he might need that kinda role after an intense one, he’s still pretty new to the industry and you can see he’s struggling with fame and celebrity.

Awkward and miserable are two different things, poor guy sounds exhausted and probably wanted to rest in between filming, it appears he stuck to his character too, but people will always spin things to fit their narrative. He seems pretty easy going, I don’t get the unwarranted hate.

Joey is professional. She did the act but she is in every interview and she promotes the movie. I feel like he is cute and all that but this behavior is gonna stay. I don't think he is enjoying the fame. At least he still did the movie. He said he had a great time filming though and it was evident on the BTS. He could have done better with the promotion, yeah. But he at least gave the fans a sequel.

Bestie Squad you can’t be that tired the whole time he’s shooting TKB 2 & 3 lol...he literally just said he winged it, and didn’t even bother to enjoy it. He didn’t mingle with the cast, he’s shown zero interest in the film, literally no promotion from him, especially as a main character he’s not even part of a lot of advertising. It’s not about Joey, she too had to work with him, her ex. She’s been amazing and professional, too bad can’t say the same about Jacob. And he does literally look miserable, especially comparing him to TKB1. And y’all gonna say it’s cuz he prefers challenging roles like euphoria🤣 Literally when you’re doing a job you should be fully committed, respectful and professional. I don’t he’s being ungrateful or whatever, he said that he didn’t want to keep on working with teenage characters when he’s like 23 years old. And I think he’s just at a different time. He played Nate on Euphoria and although he was also a teenage character, he felt more comfortable doing Nate because it was a deep, well-constructed and a more realistic character. I know that Noah Flynn increased his career and made him famous but I really think he’s at a time where he wants to explore new roles and more mature content.

Terri Watkins I watched act and it was really good. I thought she did a great job with that role but things like kissing booth is just not good. She over acts in this movie as well as others. I just think she is annoying. As for euphoria maybe watch it again because the character he played was well rounded and realistic. In kissing booth he was by far the best actor

Just an opinion, jacob and joey is one of those “right love at the wrong time” couple as with zac and vanessa, too young and too early to call it forever in real life...i can only wish for the both luck in their future shows, movies even in their love lives, and please fans don’t meddle with their private lives too much, they are people too that can make their choices, and whatever the real reason of their break up is between them only

dolly l - I think so too Dolly....I think this was Joey’s first love, she def loved deeply, fully and truly....and I think it hit her hard when they split. I think Jacob was a bit more experienced in that dept. they are in diff places in life atm, Jacob is at the start and is just learning, and truly struggling with fame and celebrity, Joey is further down the path, and is very focused on the next steps ie, producing. Their paths will cross again, we haven’t seen the end of them, whether it’s professional or personal .....there’s more to their story....
