Yeah since the main hook is "Would you go running if you saw the real me" they Ezra represents another version of Jack and they put him in all the various scenes from their different videos to hide "the real me" meaning what Jack really looks like(for tuto)
This vid is a compilation of a lot of their other music vids/performances/interviews, starring someone as Jack. Then near the end when it says “no, we have to do one more” the camera panned over to the real Jack who had been directing the entire time

Like Lauren C said, the music video (except for the part with white shirts) are compiled of parts of their other music videos, and the part at the end is showing which ones they took inspiration from for each of the shots, with the originals (with Jack) on the left and the new ones (with Ezra) on the right. It's pretty cool

the funny thing about this video is the guy who is supposed to play Jack Met is a guy who almost looks like him, and you start to believe it until he goes. "No wait we have to do one more" and then it is revealed oh wait that isn't actually Jack. jack is the guy behind the camera.
the video is a compilation of their past music videos. the guy playing jack is ezra. u see jack when it pans to him directing the video. the side by side at the end with ezra next to the original videos with jack
I noticed you did not seem to get the music video, so I don't know if you noticed but the guy singing in the video was not Jack, and the song is about if jack looked like someone else would you still like his music, which is why the whole music video was a bunch of scenes from other music videos but replaced with that guy (that is also what that was at the end it was comparing the other music videos vs the recreations)
This might be a year late but at the end of the music video, it is supposed to be "delusions" from being awake at 3 AM as it in the lyrics. All those clips on the left is Jack Met and his scenes in the original songs and the right side are the clips where the line "It's too hard to tell if anything's real or not" comes, means that you are now seeing "delusions" of Jack with the same scenes but its a different character. I'm using quotes cuz idk how to call them other than that.
