Thank you so much for showing how to get the bait on the screw lock. I've seen those jigheads so many times and never bought them because I couldn't figure out how the bait got over the screw part.
This is why I love swimbaits. One of the the most versatile lures out there; you can fish it slow, fast, as a trailer, any rigging technique, any depth.
Thanks Matt, Wired2fish filmed this one with Jake, but yes, Brody does awesome work. You get to see Brody and some of the W2F boys hanging around in this video, not really a behind the scenes though: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dUDwJZcOK08.html
Thats an important tip. Ive had issues with hooking up, especially with keel weighted ewg type hooks. I learned a while back if you use a thinner hook like the hybrid jig, you can set it more like a crankbait. It will definitely improve your hookup ratio, especially on finicky summer bass. If you watch wheeler on mlf, he legit uses this rig a lot.
Hello Jacob Wheeler I am your fans. The Sleeper Paddle Tail Swimbait System for Offshore Bass was provided a very detail presentation for subscribers understanding in order how to handle it. But can you please provide it for another the Bank Bass fishing video as well soon. Thank you so much for your effort for the subscribers. Philip
Yeah, we've done a lot of filming with Wheeler and they are his legit confidence paddle tail (over Keitech even). Great action, even at a craw, and durable enough for several fish catches per bait (usually). Good luck with 'em.
Whole reason i got into artificial lures was because of a 1/2 walleye jigs and those small firetiger shad at bass pro they kill just about anything up in northern Minnesota
Bass fishing is the best my favourite is striped bass but bass in general are just a crazy fish too catch the way they strike is super exciting I do my own RU-vid as well except I am only 13 my goal is too engage our next generation into fishing 🎣 but your videos are better then mine your editing is just next level awesome 😊
Paddle tails like the Largo are excellent grass baits when fished as a pegged Texas Rig like in this video (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GA-yiZE_7Sc.html) or rigged on a on a weedless swimbait hook: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-63l0eXX0GWo.html
Bro my dad made tons of awesome handmade rods(every rod I have) and your deck being full of rods scares the sh!t outta me. I guess i need to buy some bigbox rods...
Thanks for answering Lex. Hey River, here's a link to the jig and a heads up that you can find all product links in our vid descriptions. Thanks for watching. wired2.fish/VMC-HybridSwimbaitJig
