It's very expensive, they have a 900$ 20 oz. Steak on the menu...

Well, they have other options too. There are several excellent steaks that are less than $100 each. :)

Good showmanship and style. But Tabasco ? and he used enough Parmesan cheese to make it taste mostly like cheese. I also didn't see any anchovies. Oh well.... Everyone has their own version of art.

Caesar Cardini's original recipe did not use anchovies. Just garlic-infused olive oil, egg, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, and then topped with some garlicky croutons and a light grating of parmesan cheese.
