I can totally understand taking a break from social media, it is necessary, actually it is imperative. When you put down social media, spend time knowing yourself, and what are the things that gives you joy, eat nutritiously, sleep, laugh a lot, exercise, keep a conscious mind , and most of all pray without ceasing. If you're light skin person living in Jamaica because of sun you're going to look deep tanned but when you leave to any foreign country that cold and living in the cold .the cold will help lighten the person skins especially used the natural skin products not everyone bleach

Where? Most Caribbean people who move to the US do get lighter especially during the winter season. She's right proper skin routine and healthy eating makes the skin glow. Try it for the next 3 months and come back here with the results

I lived in ja for 5 years and when I came back to usa I got slightly lighter but not LIGHT SKIN my father is light skin and my mom brown … but yet Jada is magically lighter than my father who never left the USA ?? Make it make sense both Jada parents are dark skinned just like her . Her complexion right now does not look like how an actual light skin person looks
@ShenayaNicole it's not the same with everyone. She's definitely not bleaching. I can tell when someone is. A lot of skin care routines and skin conditions can cause someone to have lighter skin. Watch any of her recent live videos.
