Xiao Bai is a badass.👍🏻 Can’t believe they attacked him (the mc) for nothing, he was literally defending the town and just having a breakdown when they barged in and made the situation worse.
Actually, Xiaofan attacked first physically, Fenxiang valley guys did attack verbally. It's just unfortunate misunderstanding. The righteous sect think Xiaofan is doing all the killings because of the scene they witness. To give you some background, the tribes are at war, so no good or bad guys between the tribes. The tribe Xiaofan is defending is actually the one who stole the artifact first years ago from Li tribe, so Li tribe is basically getting revenge here. But Xiaofan defends the Miao tribe because he needs the shaman to revive biyao.
His intention is good, but he indeed lost control and almost hurt a boy. You could see he already immersed in killings. If Lu Xueqi didn't call his name and wake him up, he could have made unforgivable mistakes. Donghua makes this plot more obscure.
The donghua is not clearly showing it, but even the boy he tried to save also frightened by him since he has lost control. I think in novel, he was scarier he was about to kill everyone around him until Lu Xueqi came and called out his name, waking him up.
@@amberyao6493 Them being immediately hostile instead of trying to calm/talk him down wasn’t helping matters though. They also wasted time on him instead of helping defend the town from the rest of the attackers in other areas, like the MC was trying to do in one area of town before he started having his PTSD moment. I get what you mean, but…it’s hard to not think about they could’ve handled the situation better.
@@DarkMirria1 The background is a bit complicated. There are disciples from three sects there and have different stands. Lu Xueqi from Qingyun, the monk Faxiang from Tianyin Temple, other guys with hood are from Fenxiang Valley. The disciples from Fenxiang Valley see Xiaofan as a total villain so they talk him down with hostile attitudes. Lu and the monk both want to help Xiaofan. The monk tried to talk to him and Lu was the last to join the fight. I think Lu expected he could say something to explain. But Xiaofan initiated attacks against others. From Xiaofan's perspective, he is too desperate. He knows he was close to losing mind. He almost became just like his 1st master, who was controlled by the weapon and massacred a village. He also thinks Lu Xueqi is totally disappointed with him. He's tired of being the dirty hand of Biyao's father. So he kind of abandoned himself and attacked others without any explanations. He actually want to let Xueqi kill him, ending the suffering for him. But she did the same choice..let him kill her. I know what you mean. There are too many barriers and miscommunications... But they will figure it out finally
No, if not for XueQi waking him up by calling his name, he was about to kill everyone. The women and children he saved all terrified and running away from him because he was sucking blood off people.
Xueqi is the one who sacrified much but others hated him with xiaofan and pitied biyao instead.😂 Biyao is a sacrifice for his fathers ambition and desire to have xiaofan because of his overpowered potential.
What did xueqi sacrificed for him?, what he was killed during the battle and biyao didn't react fast?, was xueqi not there before biyao take the hit for him?, bcoz biyao is dead now, she want to claim she love him more so that u guy will love her, was not someone from their sect killed his parents and all the villagers, what was their response, do they even show sorry for them?, the boy was angry what do they do to calm him down and settle the issues, nothing instead they want to kill him, because of the demon breed, the man gave him, see those people are really unfair to the boy, u killed his family then bewitched him and turn him into demon😢😢, I will never liked xueqi, even if she die, they don't know good and evil

Agreed. This donghua is different from average donghuas which revolve around the MC. In this donghua, characters have their own purpose, values, beliefs and struggles. and much more realistic where it is quite hard to say black and white, just like in real life.
Xiaofan is not evil, why xueqi can't see that, i pray someone help him to subdued the demon and wake biyao, so that they can live happily ever after ❤❤
They can’t live happily ever after because A. he doesn’t love her and B. he doesn’t love what she represents. So they’re not going to wake her up and make him stay with someone he doesn’t love in a place he doesn’t want to be and be miserable for the rest of his life. He’s the MC. He needs to represent good, not evil. So he will have to return to the righteous path eventually and find some sort of happy ending so that his story can feel complete.
@@SokhleapLim she would never want to be in the situation where she has to fight him seriously. She just gets in those situation because of her sense of duty and she always struggle between her love for him and her duty. That's why her wish has always been to be killed by him during an all out fight if things come to that. That would satisfy both her sense of duty and the love for him. But he also wouldn't kill her. lol.
