It's not just being a comedy badass, it's the believable act outs that make Big Jay a stand out among stand ups. When he was wearing that "white glove" chastising the maid for a mediocore cleaning, he took me there. Hahahahaha awesome
The comics who are great at crowd work like Jay are probably having a best time right now, cuz they can post a bunch of live videos and still not burn any new jokes. People shit on crowd work but Jay's one of the best at it I think. It's just as entertaining as anyone's special.

Crowd work is funnier than most comedy I go through. Big Jay is a beast. I won’t make any comparisons but the only one close is no longer here & looked nothing like Jay. This is the art right here.

Damn, I’ve been listening to this guy for YEARS. No set has ever sounded like the one he did prior! All original all the time and ALL ad libbed. I gotta admit, he falls, with me, into that same category I place Norm MacDonald in; examples of comics who make me realize that I’m just not that funny. And to watch his comedy evolve beyond just black dick jokes early on into new areas of social and…..I guess you’d call it workplace comedy has been a blast. I’m always either laughing or smiling when I’m watching Big Jay on the stand up stage.
@@bigjayoakerson I’ve been to 2 in NY. Nearly pissed myself laughing both times. I’ll be on the look out. I’m in PA now, where life sucks if you allow it to. So if u ever come out to Philly, they don’t deserve you, but still, I’ll round up a few friends and try to get front and center.
