This will fall on Napier but also, he's getting the shaft from UF. There is just no way he agreed to that without the school okaying it. None. This would be one of those things outlined in a HC's contract that he'd have to run by the school. Remember when it was a scandel that TN may have had a 8 million dollar NIL deal for NIco? lol Maybe there was some disagreement between school admin about the deal or the amount. Either way, imo would be silly that Napier somehow acted alone and without the school's knowledge of this NIL deal.
