This was a great video. The key point that has changed my game on the field as business off the field is: "Be focussed on the process, not the result." It clears the mind and creates space to perform. Thank you from Australia 🇦🇺 for this gold nugget of advice. 👍

Loved this video, thank you. My daughter plays tennis and I think it will be important in helping her play more consistent. As a freshmen, I've seen her beat varsity players, but lose to low skill set players. This is all mental. She needs to bring out her best every time regardless of the situation or whether she wins or loses. I believe a lot of her gaps in performance is her focus on process and allowing herself to get distracted from the potential results and life's events. Thanks again, we'll see what happens.

Thank you for this video. My daughter is a softball pitcher loaded with talent. She will occasionally beat herself by letting small failures or distractions snowball until she melts down. I'm determined to find what flips that switch for her. I'm starting to randomly incorporate some of the pressure situations into her practices in hopes that she'll find ways to minimize damage and regain her composure before the snowball gains momentum. It's hard to fix a problem you can't physically touch but I'm hoping your video can help. Thanks again.

Just wanted to say thank you for posting this video. I'm an amateur snooker player from Romania, and was looking around the Internet for mental training tips, since it's a major part of that sport. I stumbled upon this clip, and I liked the session a lot. Loved the breathing exercise, and I started doing it. Already after the first time I feel it's a good idea to do, gives me an opportunity to just slow down from life and clear my mind. I was already a calm person, but the mind races around on the inside, which hinders a good performance on an important game. Thanks for sharing this session. Wish you all the best!

Alan J Thank you for the reply - indeed, I am still playing. It's a passion that started in 2007, and I began playing competitively in 2012. Right now I'm currently playing in my country's first division championship, and I'm on the 8-th spot in the standings, out of 24 players. Here, it still is a young sport and we haven't yet reached the level of professional snooker one can see on TV, but it is growing steadily. I actually come back to this clip from time to time, when I want to do the breathing exercises, because I like to have the voice over guidance; it helps me to focus better.
