Great advice. That's very important in this game - to have fun and try different play style. What would be your suggestion for a similar ship if I don't have Jager? And somebody suggested me Oaland/Oyster/Holland how do you feel about European line as trop DD?
EU torp boats are fun in ranked. RPF is a must as they don't have smoke. I was running my random build capt otherwise I'd have specced RPF it really helps with the hybrid playstyle. Don't forget to consider Yugumo off the ijn torp line very strong torps, good conceal and smoke or torpedo reloader. I'd probably go with smoke until you get used to her as torp reloader is risky.
